I'm a "good-boy-gone-bad" from the American Mountainwest (Utah--the "Vatican" of Mormonism where I endured a very strict Mormon upbringing), currently in Palm Springs, recently single, and finding sanctuary in the arms of other rebel angels. Not afraid of the dark side--in fact, I find great pleasure and intrigue in its realm, and I want to help others discover how enlightening the darkness can be. I really like the statement, "Religion is for those who are afraid of going to hell, but spirituality is for those who have already been there." If you agree, then we are soulmates !! I am becoming more and more convinced that life is a paradox for sure--and that it all just goes to show ya that god himself/herself/itself is one loony fucker! And I guess we are left to pick up the pieces? Ah, life truly is one big "fuckover" with god laughing at us--go figure LoL ... I love anything to do with the outdoors, physical fitness, religion, philosophy, spirituality, psychology, sociology, the paranomal, metaphysics, Satanism (theistic as well as Laveyan), and the occult ... Big into dancing of all kinds and a sucker for a good natural history museum. Travel--including road trips--makes me feel more alive than anything, though. I need lots of stimulation--not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well !! And although I like to pretend (and project the image that) all I really want is to just have as much fun in this life as possible, the truth is that I'm also a pretty damn sensitive and often-intense guy. Other guys who know (or who want to discover a bit) about the "meaning of life" and the "bigger picture" are definitely soulmates. I also love being around those who are working to achieve at least some level of integrity in their lives and/or possess the capacity to see more than just the physical as well as feel on a deep level. I want to connect with both spirit AND soul ... Definitely oriented toward postmodernist thought--my heros include Lavey, Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, Foucault, and Lacan.
